Tea House

The Tea House is a café at the top of the Threadway terraces. Its job is time with friends. When a resident asks to meet you, a shared tea here answers that request.

How it works#

Walk up the terrace stairs past the Common Hall and into the Tea House. Press E at the counter to open its menu.

• Tea only answers an open visit request. If nobody has asked, the menu refuses: "They have not asked to meet. Tea answers an open visit request."
• You can share tea with each resident once per return.
• The tea completes the visit request; it does not buy friendship.

In the brain#

The Tea House is a social place in the town fiction. It does not model a biological process.

Development#

• Design: in Claude B's services catalog, the Tea House once also let you choose an Imprint. The user moved Imprint choice to the Hearth podium on 1 November, so the Tea House keeps only shared tea.
• Art: a rebuilt model in the P24 scene, with a café terrace. The lead checked the counter position against a floor-plan cut of the source.
• Alpha: Placeholder 69c7b5470 opens the themed menu at the counter. The lead lists "actual open Tea visit requests" as missing host work; Claude B is writing the rules. Until then, tea cannot be shared in play.
• Known gap: the Tea House upper floor is a separate navigation piece and cannot be reached.
